Overview:
The ProGauge Engineering Tools full software package provides an advanced and intuitive method for managing and analyzing oil field operations. The software will enable operators, engineers, and management to interact directly with the data from their facilities and wells through historical trending and performance analysis algorithms. The client software allows users to access information from a computer with an internet connection anywhere in the world.

Seamless Integration with ProGauge SCADA Systems:
The ProGauge Engineering Tools software allows users a multitude of data interactivity when integrated with ProGauge Data Management and SCADA System. Along with providing full data management, acquisition, and analysis, utilizing ProGauge software and data management systems provides users with additional functionality such as manual data entry for facilities, browser-based controls and operations system, PLC and instrument data mining, and remote access to Allen Bradley PanelViews.

Customized Database:
Our proprietary database is designed to efficiently store data needed to manage a property in an economical and effective manner. It allows you to efficiently merge private datasets with data available from public sources to enable seamless offset operator analysis and property evaluations of multiple datasets. ProGauge can store and manage comprehensive field management data including but not limited to reservoir data, production data, subsurface information including completion details and logs, and surface information including facility data (both from PLC's and manually entered).

Mapping Features:
The ProGauge Engineering Tools software utilizes Microsoft® Virtual Earth™ to provide a visual representation of the data, and allows users to interactively select specific well groups. This allows well groups to be viewed through several different options including 3-dimensional mapping, 2-dimensional mapping, aerial display, or roadmap display. Upon request, high resolution aerial photography is available.

Production Plots:
Production plots may be created for a specific well group for thorough past and present performance analysis. Various line series are available including: active well count, average oil rate, average water rate, cumulative oil, cumulative water, GOR, oil cut, oil gravity, oil price, etc. Data from analysis can be exported into Microsoft® Excel™ for further manipulation.

Bubble Plots:
Utilizing the Microsoft® Virtual Earth™ advanced 3-dimensional mapping feature, the bubble plots tool allows users to view their facilities' data overlaid on top of field terrain. Bubble plot analysis provides a quick and intuitive method of analyzing field performance and identifying equipment problems.

Rapid Individual Well Review:
The Well Review tool allows users to quickly review wells they have selected for their equipment grouping. All historical information pertaining to a well and individual well production plots make it easy to rapidly analyze wells and export the data.

Drawing Features:
A drawing toolbar is available to allow the user to actively illustrate facility locations and information on the mapping display. Information placed upon the display may then be exported for additional use by programs such as Autodesk® AutoCAD®.
